Shipping Information

1. Shipping for Small (lightweight) Orders
Shipping and handling costs are a flat $5.99 for all small orders shipped to addresses within the US. Orders will be shipped using USPS's Ground Advantage service.

2. Shipping for Larger Orders
For orders that require more expensive shipping due to larger size or weight, you will be contacted via email after the order has been submitted to purchase the "Extra Shipping" product. Orders will be shipped once the initial order and the extra shipping charge has been paid.

3. Shipping to International destinations (outside US)
For shipping to locations outside the US, please contact us at info@whaleelectronics.com.

4. Shipping Timeline
Most orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours, but exceptions do occur when the store owner is out of town, or during holidays.
Orders will be shipped using USPS's Ground Advantage service. Please see USPS's website for delivery times.

5. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided upon order shipment
